Today I post one picture:

There are 934 of those steps to reach the top of the ‘mountain’ I climbed. This is after doing a zig-zag type thing 1/3 of the way up. If I had to guess what those characters say, it would be: “Dear Climber, Try not to collapse in anyone’s way.” I’m glad my inhalers work.

A Walk in the Park

So I went walking in a park today. Here is what I saw:

I’ve never met these two girls, but their father stopped me and asked for a photo. So I asked him to take one of me too.

Yes. She is in a Bubble. Yes. The zipper right there is the entrance. Yes. They blow it up after they climb in the bubble. Yes. I wanted to try.

Having a free afternoon one day, I decided to go with some friends to a park beside their home, and see all the spring foliage bloom.

Upon our walk, I see something beautiful in the background.

“LET’S GO THERE!” I exclaimed to my friends. They both gave me a look of, “You’re kidding right?!” I didn’t understand these looks. But after a little convincing, we were on our way. TWO HOURS later, and two parks over, we arrive at the entrance. We then climbed (what felt like) 1000 steps, to get to the tower. Was it worth it?!

You bet your (dehydrated throat, asthmatic lungs, wore-the-wrong-shoes-for-this) bottom dollar it was!

So I have this friend that likes for me to “try new things”, and being raised how I was (‘You’ll eat what’s put on your plate, young lady.’), I let her take me to all sorts of places to eat. Our latest adventure happened last night, where we went to a restaurant that had chickens outside in a pen. Alive. You go and pick out the chicken you want (live), they weigh it and then they prepare it for you. Here’s what comes out:

But it looks like he’s experiencing some stomach issues.

Hot Pot

This is hot pot. You order all kinds of food and let the broths boil. You then take your food you ordered and stick it in the boiling hot water to cook it. It was very delicious.

What you don’t see: Mutton(lamb), chicken liver, and other veggies.

Take a good look at that piano… Imagine it with a broken F# in the middle of the piano

BUT

When a friend of mine touches the piano, it sounds like this guy.

She also did it by memory, and it only took her three months to memorize. THREE MONTHS to memorize 8 MINS of music. Impressed? I am.
